Hi, I wonder if anybody can help? I have recently found out that my wife has cheated on me, and this along with other factors has split us up. She has moved out with my two year old son and is living at her parents. Meanwhile I am remaining in the marital home and paying all the bills whilst it is on the market. As I will be paying my wife's half of the joint mortgage things will be pretty tight. Should the mortgage payments be taken into account when coming up with a maintenance agreement?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should they? Yes, probably. Will they? No.
Is the mortgage in joint names? Is the house in joint names?0 -
Hi,
You can use the CSA site for typical contributions.

Current outgoings are not included/excluded just net income. Best to get some legal advice if you are going down the divorce route. I'd also suggest you get some support/advice for non resident parents (FNF).
Good Luck - not easy to have to go through but it does get better0
