BR Tenant - Landlord Remortgaging!

Hello All, Wonder if anyone can help...
we went BR october 08, discharged June 09 and our landlord at the time was not aware of the BR as there was no break in payments it did not really affect him...anyway...
Now he is remortgaging and i am wondering whether our Br at the address would affect their ability to get a mortgage? or am i panicing about nothing!

Yeah BR is an individual persons matter not the address. A credit search would show up my address (rented), a credit search would show up the same address on my landlords file as my landlord lived there previously, the difference being I have a big fat bankruptcy on my file and he doesn't.0
