It's (read also some of the other 'I'm waiting for a refund / rebate' threads) sitting in a big black hole created by the new HMRC PAYE system ..... which, thus far, has been as user friendly as Icelandic ash.

It would appear (also from other threads) the new system cannot process refunds until at least some date in June. By which time, at least, your P50 should be close to the top of the correspondence backlog?

Unsurprisingly - you won't currently find any of this data on the HMRC website. Until someone winds the media / politicians up sufficiently to achieve that!
If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !
