Multigrain Bread

I want to hand make multigrain bread.

Has anyone got a tried and tested recipe please.

Also where do I get the multigrain? or what do I need to get for the mix?

    Hi Snowball, I just chuck a couple of spoonfuls of nuts/seeds (whatever I've got in) and it always comes out lovely. My fave is pumpkin but sesame and sunflower are nice too...

    I add pumpkin, sunflower, black poppy, sesame and flax seeds, 1/2 cupful of these mixed in any proportion per loaf.
    I mix the flour for this loaf as 1/3 wholemeal, 1/3 granary and 1/3 white, this in in a Kenwood so I don't know if this is OK in a bread machine

    CLICK HERE for the link to a thread where catowen posts Posh Paws' BM recipe. I've made it quite a few times now & it's one of the nicest loaves ever :)

    you can tweak it with more and/or different seeds, & I add extra porridge oats. but as long as you keep the basic proportions of the main ingredients the same for a BM* it'll turn out fine

    *doesn't matter so much for hand-made
