Sorry not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not please can someone move to the right section. I am looking for some advice from experienced Quidco users
I have now been with Quidco since March however have not received anything into my bank account! Currently I have £11.38 tracked & £52.71 validated but nothing paid
The companies that I have used for the cashback are:
ebay, vodafone, Accor/Ibis & printerInks.com
I have set the amount for 'Pay me when my balance is more than' 1p.
Do I just have to wait or is there something wrong here?

thanks for the reply, I'll keep an eye on it. How many months do they usually take?

Tracking normally takes 2 days max, Validating takes 2/3/4 months depending on merchant.

I think payment to a bank is the 5th of a month and the 14th for paypal?

That said, although my payment has left quidco on the 5th, it can be 7-9th depending on day of the week before it hits your account?

my money is always in my bank on the 1st of the month from Quidco, sometimes the day before!!

You will have to wait until the status changes from "validated" (i.e. the merchant has verified your purchase and approved the cashback) to "received" (i.e. Quidco has actually received the money from the retailer). Quidco will, understandably, not pay you before they have the money from the retailer. Times for Quidco to receive payment vary from merchant to merchant.

Once they are validated I find that the supplier sends money at the end of the month so 90% just make it for the payout on that month...

Suppliers take different time to validate though - I find that Debenhams are always quick, Next takes about 2 mths and in general most of them take around 2 mths. That is the average.

Then you have the black sheeps who take much longer and sometimes you even have to put ticket in because they don't track and few who are extremely fast (Mazuma mobile recycling-it took weeks instead of months!!).

I have been waiting for £80 from Quidco since last Sept, (More than) I Quidco keep saying it hasn't been validated but I no nearer to being paid, anyone any advice, please?
