I wouldnt risk it if the owner cant even put his/her name/address to the enterprise. Also being as its and individual I cant imagine them keeping up with lots of msers asking for sample !!

Agree - anyone registering a UK domain, opted out as an individual should not be using it commercially.

Coupled with that the site is being hosted on (174.120.153.93) belonging to the well know spammy USA provider 'The Planet':
    174.120.153.93

    OrgName: ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc.
    OrgID: TPCM
    Address: 315 Capitol
    Address: Suite 205
    City: Houston
    StateProv: TX
    PostalCode: 77002
    Country: U
It clearly has links to 'get response email marketing' which, in turn, goes back to Poland:
    Implix sp. z o.o.
    Balladyny 26
    Gdynia, Pomorskie 81-524
    PL

So, whilst you may get a free drink out of it, my educated guess is that it forms part of the old 'glittery consent' spam scam. That is you unwittingly give permission for junk mail in return for something shiny that may or may not materialise.

Nice find mind you - from my perspective I love links like this. Duly reported to Nominet for the breach in the whois ;-)

    EDIT:
Just adding to this, signing up for this 'free' sample resulted in an email requesting confirm/opt-in for marketing mails which read:
We have received your request for a
subscription to a mailing list maintained by
    GetResponse email marketing service.

Thank you for your Enquiry for a FREE SAMPLE of Bolero Sugar Free Drink. Please Reply to email to sales[at]juice2u.co.uk with your Name and Address and flavour required.
So a direct email to that address should save the need to fill in the spamform if you really want this freebie. I would add that the reply comes from:
    Mike Lane
    Juice2U
    Bolero Authorised Distributor
[munged] Browfield Way, Royton, Oldham OL2 6DE, United Kingdom
and would appear to be a residential address / flat:
