Best Buy Job

Hi,
Hope I've posted this in the correct place.
I applied for a job at the new Best Buy store in Aintree, Liverpool and got a call back yesterday to see if I was still interested, and they arranged a telephone interview for Wednesday for me! The application was for Cashier/ Customer specialist.
Now, I've never had a job before so haven't had an interview so was just wondering if anyone could help me as to what questions may be asked, especially if there's anyone here who works for the company.
