I would suggest calling them to query this, as some banks reduce the term of the loan instead of the repayment. Who do you have the loan with?Best Regards

When did you cancel the PPI? When I cancelled it remained the same for one month, and altered thereafterBest Regards

I would either call them or go into the branch to query, as RBS does neduce the repayments as standard (I was told). To me it looks like it hasn't been actioned, but thats only my theory. It is best you contact them to ensure this gets sorted.
