I need some advice but its a bit different to normal mortgage advice.

Can anyone that knows their stuff on mortgages and wouldn't mind helping me send me a private message please?

    most brokers on here would not have a problem accepting a pm if you need assistance. If you do not feel that you can put your issue on a public forum, send me a pm and I will help where I can

    I think what homerj is trying to say is we are not actually PERMITTED to PM an individual offering mortgage advice services as its against forum rules. Why don't you put as much info as you can onto the thread and we can all try to assist. Remember it is a forum and as such nobody knows your actual identity.
