Me too - I strongly suspect that it means we have entered the competition correctly and not won the competition - just poor use of English.

The wording looks absolutely fine to me. Success! = you have submitted your details correctly and are now entered into the draw. The Indian spa details is referring to last month's comp. Same message appears after you enter all the Healthy Mag. comps. They have updated the comp. details, but some bod from Holland&Barrett IT must have taken a nap when the thank you message asked if it needed updating. As his/her head hit the keyboard, the "no" was pressed inadvertently
