Interview with the Co-Op bank

Hi,

On 7th May I was put on gardening leave and will be made redundant on 7th June. For the past week I have been actively looking for a new job and yesterday I passed a telephone interview and have been invited for a full interview next week. Do any of you good people have experience of working for the co-op bank / offer any advice as I have not had a job interview for over 9 years!

Im sure the questions will be possibly competency based interview questions. Typical questions are:

Can you give an example of when provided excellent customer service?

Can you give an example of when you dealt with a difficult customer?

Can you give an example of when you worked as part of a team?

Can you give an example of when you made a mistake and what did you do to recifty it?

Im sure you get the jist

Just be calm im sure they respect the fact you have not had an interview in 9 years. Well done on getting so far thats a great achievement. Ive just had an interview with Tesco Bank and Ive not had an interview externally for 7 Years.
