    When I entered my details....

    <LI class=warn>A new user was registered with the same IP address as you within the last hour. To prevent registration flooding, at least an hour has to pass between registrations from the same IP. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Have you tried clearing all your cookies and then trying again? If you have and that doesnt work I would email them and ask whats going on.

    Try using a proxy site so it hides your ip?
    Try http://hidemyass.com/ then put the link to offer in the box and click on "hide my !!!" lol its worked for me before on a different site, they black listed my IP...
