i enjoy cooking and would like to start my own home delivery business or rent the kitchena at my local. what would i need to do apart from a food hygiene cert. any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    Ring your local council, I dont think its as simple as just a food hygiene certificate.
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.
