DLA is different to a blue badge, you may be entitled to something. You can get Feeview without an outside aerial, I do with an inside (has a built in booster and is from Asda)** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

Thank you Elfen - I just felt disheartened that I was refused a blue badge. I had a letter from DWP yesterday saying that they were going to ask for a report from my GP about my disability, so not an outright refusal yet!
Will have a look at the Freeview then - I'm not technically minded and was always given the impression that I would need an aerial. Will see what I can get cheapest)
Many thanks again - I have filled in the stuff for CCCS and am just waiting til they open tomorrow to discuss options.
Thank you!LBM - 16th May 2010

Firstly well done for posting. I had a quick look, and notice you have nothing in for groceries, road tax, car insurance - so I wonder if you need to have a quick look to see if you've missed anything out?0

Thank you to everyone that's replied!
I've been through CCCS and they recommended an IVA... GULP! The next thing they recommended was a DMP.. phew!
I've decided to self-manage a DMP, so when I do start up working more hours (which I hope to do), I can alter as appropriate. I am also an avid eBay seller, so will hopefully be able to put profits from there into the DMP as appropriate.
Right.. cards have been cut up and budget worked. Oh, and the loan I thought was secured is actually a personal loan, so have been able to put the money (and debt) from that into the DMP. I don't know why I was under the impression it was secured, but when I phoned for amount owing, I queried it and the man said it was not secured.
Ok, headache on the way out and GP appt made for drugs - think a slight depression and chronic illness contributed to this debt, so will sort that out at the same time as the debt.
Many thanks for all your advice and support... I wouldn't have done it without you!
I'm now off to subscribe on DMP thread!LBM - 16th May 2010
