CCA From Littlewoods- bit confused

Hi all,
I've been a bit sporadic with my posts on here- I came to you all for some advice around a year ago when I decided that I FINALLY needed to sort my debts out once and for all. You were all so helpful and I've been reading through the posts on here regularly recently as I have been trying to get copies of my CCAs from some of the more 'difficult' companies I owe money to.
One of those is Littlewoods. They have been so unhelpful all along. I am being chased for £1075.33 of debt to them. A lot of this is made up of charges (tempted to try to reclaim them but not sure I want to rock the boat even more- any advice here?)
I asked them for my CCA. What came back was indeed a CCA but it was for only a few of the items they are chasing me for payment for. The total for these comes to £387. If they can't provide a CCA for my other items, does this mean they can't enforce payment? How can I work out how much of the total is from ENFORCABLE debt and how much is from the UNENFORCEABLE part? Can I just write to them and ask? Is there a template for that?
Im sorry if I'm not being quite clear- this is all still quite challenging for me.
Many many thanks to you all in advance.

You should have just one CCA from littlewoods that covers your entire account, items are not covered individually. So there is no working out which part is/is not covered as they are all covered under the same agreement.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Hi DarkConvict.
Is that right? For subsequent orders with Littlewoods I was sent further forms which I just never got round to signing and returning. The CCA they sent me covers three specific items I ordered - not the further orders (which I didn't sign an agreement for). Does this mean that one signed CCA covers all further credit? Thanks for your help!0 -
DC is correct. Are you getting confused with buy now pay later agreements?0

There is one CCA for an account.
When you sign up that is the original, they can send out further forms for you to sign and return, but if these were never signed then they are not in force only the original agreement. If you did sign a new CCA then that new CCA would cover the account and thus all the items, it basically overrides the previous CCA.
If you signed any agreement after april 2007 then the account will be enforceable as it comes under CCA 2006.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
