House prices are so out of wack and will have to come down in line with wages. People who say otherwise are kidding themselves and more than likely have a vested interest.

That's such a deep and interesting post that I'm having trouble replying. Really insightful, thanks. I'm sure if all your posts are at the same calibre as this one then you're going to run rings around a lot of posters on this board.
Would it be possible to have a bit more on the storm? As you mentioned it in the title, but then we didn't hear about it again. Is it a financial storm? Or more an apocalyptic one? Or is it the return of one of the Gladiators from the mid-90s TV show of the same title?0 -

Its the perfect storm.
No doubt about it gold and silver are way undervalued and property is way overvalued. This is easy to see with only a small amount of studying history.
But Man of the South dont expect every one on here to have studied history. Some people actually believe what the papers feed them.0 -

Lot's of people say that. I am/was inclined to agree. In theory.
So in practice, why isn't it already happening? If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -

Because real life doesn't really follow what people have worked out should happen in theory?0 -

Because markets are not rational, logical, or reasonable things.
Its a matter of fact that markets can stay irrational, illogical and unreasonable for a lot longer than you can stay solvent.Mortgage debt - [STRIKE]£8,811.47 [/STRIKE] Paid off!0 -
