£100 is not alot to be eaten by 'essential' living expenses, contents insurance, public transport, etc.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

Basically for the DRO you have to have a max of£50 free income AFTER all of your essentail living costs come out... On paper I do, but the CAB included in my 'essential living costs' my car insurance and my mobile phone contract.
If I went for the DRO I would loose my car, so wont need the insurance at £97 a month.. with that extra £97 'in my pocket' as it were - I wouldnt qualify for the DRO, as I would have £150 free a month - £100 more than I am allowed.
Hope that makes sense, and you see what i mean...
In terms of a DMP - I cant find ANYWHERE that is either free or dont tell me that my debt is to little!!
I still do not understand why you would lose your car, from my research you can include a car as long as it's not worth over 1k... As for your mobile, why can that not be included espically if it is on a contract.0 -
Car value is £2400, with £4500 HP agreement against it.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
