Great Northern Beans - http://www.numarkpharmacists.com/hn/Food_Guide/Great_Northern_Beans.htm ............ Cilantro is the green leaves and stem of the coriander plant. Ground coriander is made from the seeds of the same plant.Official DFW Nerd no. 082! :cool:Debt @ 01/01/2014 £16,956 Debt now: £0.00 :j

They look like cannellini beans to me. But, I should think any white bean would do, to be honest you'd be hard pressed to taste the difference between a cannellini bean and a haricot bean. Just go for the cheapest0

I haved used the kind of beans that baked beans are made from in place of Northern beans - I am having a forgetful moment - are they haricot or something?
Just asked DH about the steak - he has been a butcher both there and over here - he says the equivelent to top round steak is top side steak.
