Nothing for me yet either.

I haven't received either.

Says this on their website: To those of you who have already signed up for packs, if you have been successful your goodies will arrive in the next ten days.

I'm pretty sure that if we were going to receive them we would have done so by now

Its only been 13 days since the OP and thats including weekends, be patient people..... good things come to those who wait !!

(I know it says 10 days on the website)

I just thought I would ask because someone mentioned they had received theirs thats all....................

I do remember when I signed up it did say something along the lines of "your free starter kit is now on the way to you" or soemthing like that

Hey guys, quick message from the OP! I received mine this morning - however i did have to email to check up on it a few days ago, before they said theyd get it in the post! Hope lots more of you get yours soon x

I'm quite disappointed as I ordered quite soon after your original post and was looking forward to it, however, I just emailed them asking whether I was going to be receiving mine soon or not. This is what they replied:

"Thank you for requesting a Free Humax Starter Pack – we can confirm that we received your email application.
Unfortunately due to limited availability of packs and over 25,000 entries within 36 hours, we have now run out of stock.

The Starter Packs have all been allocated on a first come, first served basis and we no longer have them to send.
If you have not received your goodies already, I’m afraid you have been unlucky on this occasion.

We’d still love you to enter a video for the Humax Cup Classic competition, and there’s time left to score a winning entry. Why not improvise and use jumpers for goal posts? Good luck!
