Payplan IVA or DMP ????

Hi
I have just spoken to Payplan. I have £35000 debt. My circumstances have drastically changed. After paying my priority debts i am left with £20 to pay creditors. I was advised to send token payments for 6 months after which my situation will be reviewed to see what can be done. I was told if I had £100 surplus I could be put onto a plan. Is this a DMP or IVA? Is payplan a charity organisation like CCCs?
