It's 1 year to the day since my BR next week, what next?

Hi all
It's one year to the day on May 18th!
I always expected an IPA of between £100 and £200 or at least for the OR to come back and debate some of my Expenditure (i.e. meals at work and some other stuff).
Anyway, after wanting me to prove maintenance payments and showing proof of old college course fee they left me alone pretty much for the whole 12 months.
Anyway, I got a letter about a month ago asking me to sign for Early Discharge and confirm my current income & expenditure (my income has reduced slightly actually as my partner moved out after the relationship ended), so I figure if I didn't get an IPA with my partner contributing £200 a month I was unlikely to get one now she's gone.
It was weird getting Early Discharge letter as it states it can take a number of weeks for creditors to agree to it? And the letter was sent 1 month before the 12 months was up anyway so I didnt see the point of early discharge if my time was almost up anyway, but I signed it and posted it.
I havent heard anything. In 2-working days time my 12-months will be up.
Am I free from BR (minus obviously being credit scum) if I don't hear from them by my 1-year anniversary?
If they don't sort out an IPA by the 12-month anniversary is it then too late for them to issue an IPA?
Cheers

Hi, you don't always get a letter with AD, but if you check on here midnight on the 17th it should read discharged
http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/IIRNameSearchMapIE.asp
Do print off several copies as this will disappear after two/three months.
Yes you are free from BR and if no IPA has been implemented your free from that too.
Hope this helps

Hi MR, just having a lurk and saw your post. Can't believe it has been a year since you went to court, that seems to have gone quickly. I think I told you that you had nothing to worry about

Ha-ha yeh wow. The year went quick and yes you did reassure me previously so thanks!
I did try and PM you some months back, nothing important but your in-box was full up. You must be popular :money:
As of the time of typing this post I am 59 hours and 47 mins from being discharged and not having had an IPA placed.0 -
Well I've now officially gone over a year as I went BR on this day last year.
On the Link above I am still registered as Bankrupt though. Hopefully they will update in next couple of of days as it says I am due for discharge on 18th May.
Nothing from the OR, by phone, e-mail or in the post.0 -
well done i got 31 hours to go0

It means Income Payment Agreement, you only get one of these if you have enough surplus cash left on your SOA. If it is £99 or less then you will not get one, if it is above this then the OR will claim a percentage of it.:pB&SC No. 298

Mine still doesn't say discharged. Is that normal?
It's been 12 months and 13 days now.
Not heard anything in the post about being discharged either.0 -
