Just thought people may want this recipe, they taste delicious and people may want to include them in their baskets
What you will need:
Icing sugar
Bar of milk/ dark or white chocolate (to make truffles)
Bar of milk/dark or white chocolate (to cover truffles)
Just simply melt the chosen bar of chocolate, then add the icing sugar untill you have enough for the chocolate to go into a paste.
Form the paste into little round balls and place in the fridge for a couple of minutes.
melt the chocen bar of chocolate and dip the truffles in this so they are covered.
put them back into the fridge for a couple of minutes to harden,
you can then place several in cellophane bags and finish with ribbon
