has anyone bought anything from zazzle.co.uk before?is it safe?

Hi Bride2b24, I ordered my wedding invites from them about a month ago. I know what you mean they don't look the best but there prices were very good and I'm thinking of getting my thank you cards from them too!

Although I did have 1 problem - It was my own fault really - I spelt marriage wrong! I didn't want the hassle of sending them back so I kept them and sent them out. No one has noticed and I think Zazzle would have replaced them for me too if I had kicked up some fuss!

What are you thinking of getting from them?

We got our Save the Date cards from zazzle and are very happy with them, but we ordered ten first to see how the final hard copy would look and ended up changing the font size so I'm glad we did that. DF has had a top for me printed by zazzle before.

I've just ordered from them and been charged twice and they are saying they can't do anything about it. Fortunately I paid by Paypal so have opened a dispute but online there's a lot of complaints about them so I'm quite nervous about what I'll get. Others have said they are not UK based, which I assumed it was but the e-mails are from the US. No idea where they are shipping from - could end up with a customs bill on top of what was already expensive. Fingers crossed!

Just reading their UK site in more detail - it appears they are based in the US and will ship from there so how long it will take who knows. Annoying as I bought it for a present. I will not be shopping there again. They are still refusing to refund the £60 they charged twice.
