Problems with Crafty Ribbons

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone else had problems with Crafty Ribbons?
I placed a (large) order with them on Friday and I was really impressed that the order was delivered on Tuesday morning. There was 1 item missng from the order - on the delivery note it was scored out and a hand written note beside it saying that the item was out of stock and the cost had been refunded to my paypal account.
I waited, then yesterday emailed them first thing. I also phoned them and was assured someone would call me back.
I re-emailed today after being sent 3 emails from them urging me to purchase more items and have now raised an issue with paypal.
As soon as I raised the issue, they sent me an email which was just a copy of the order - nothing else!
It's not like its a lot of money BUT its the principle - ignoring me!
Anyway - probably more of a warning than anything else
They have shot themselves in the foot - I was really impressed up until now and I was about to start telling my other crafty friends about how good they were! Not now.

I've never had a problem with them and found them to be excellent. I once had something out of stock but they credited back on paypal for me. Don't think it took them long to credit it back but can't remember now.The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0

I only ever had one problem with them , I e.mailed them and e.mailed them but didn't hear back from them . in the end I left a message on their blog and within minutes the lady that runs it rang me at home , turns out my e.mails weren't getting to them. It was then sorted in seconds. I find them a brilliant company who are extremely friendly and helpful and I don't ever feel like 'just a number ' with them. I feel like they really care about their customers.0

I've never had a problem either . An enquiry even gets a fast response. Nice of Tony to come on and reply too. We are all human and forget things . I'm always doing it. Sometimes we all need a little patience and understanding .
Emails don't always get through to places either i got 3 yesterday that were dated a week ago . Even royal snail is faster than that . lol.Cross Stitch Challenge Member Number 20
