Does your call get routed to a specific dept?

My case is being dealt with the partial clerical team at Falkirk, ive been waiting since beginning of April for a full account breakdown

The last time the team leader called me she said anytime i call it will go direct to their team

Ive now tried twice last week and 3 times this week to call, but after entering all details it just keeps ringing out!!

do my calls get logged that ive contacted them? I really need to find out what is going on with my case

quick update, after i posted i emailed a complant to falkirk office and they just called me back there, to say im gobsmacked is an understatement!!! that has been the fastest response ive ever received from them

Never had that happen to me, my call normally gets routed to the team who is either dealing with my case or the last team that was dealing with my case if there isnt anything happeneing with it. If there is nobody in that team at the time I call it normally gets routed to the helpline.
