Proof of Cabot Signature Fraud (CAG Forum)

From the CAG Forums, this was pointed out to me by a PM.
Some time ago I sent a CCA to Cabot for my sister. It has taken a while for them to respond but they have now sent a copy of what they say is her signed agreement. Problem is, it's not her signature. It's mine from the letter I sent to them and signed in her name. I did this to make sure they couldn't copy her signature onto a form, which is exactly what they have done. What should be my next move??

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

Not the first time, although I do not know which DCa was involved in these cases.

    1. Signature on teh CCa was scanned from the letter written by the CAB Advisor.
    2. Another case where and extra zero had been added to the debt AFTER the CCa was issued.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

I know, its why the rule of never sign anything came about as it was done before.
NID came across the case where a DCA had provided a true copy of the original, but the address printed on it was the current address not the one used when taking out the agreement. He has had a few so even has a forgery template prepared - CCA Dispute - Forged Document Supplied
