Which Slimming Club is Best (I'm complicated)

I think I have tried most diets - with some success, they all work if you stick to them !!!!!!!!!!! As a bit of a side line I have been told the Paul Mckenna is also an added boost (I am not talking from my own experience) but my friend goes to Rosemary Con and was stuck and she found it really good. Wishing you the best of luck - its a hard journey.
In my mind I know the best way is to cut my portion sizes, cook from scratch and exercise.

You are so right, the only way to lose weight is to eat less and especially less of the wrong foodsand really it has to be a lifestyle change or once the diet stops the weight piles back on. Unfortunately the balance between what I can eat to lose weight and what triggers the IBS is a very fine one.
My main problem is that I used to be really active, even after the accident, playing squash, badminton and going to keep fit. Things are now worse however, so now it's a problem especially when I get a fibro flare or a CFS crash. I tend to fall far and fast to the extent of being almost bed-ridden for a week or more. It is something I should learn to accept and to a certain extent I am starting to tell myself that it will only be for a few days - but I can't help feeling so guilty!
Despite my spinal problems (spondylosis, scoliosis and bulging discs) I struggle every day to touch the floor between my feet, because I know I need to keep as supple and mobile as possible, but it's hard. I will succeed, it may just take me a while
. When I see some success, it certainly helps my depression so that's an added bonus too.
Good luck to everyone who hobbles, walks, jogs or runs this road towards that slimmer, fitter person struggling to get out :T.Some people hear voices, some see invisible people. Others have no imagination whatsoever
