I placed an order at the weekend and received a confirmation e-mail and nothing more. I went to my account online and saw that my order history is empty! I've telephoned and apparently it has been dispatched but Bodyshop have been experiencing problems on their website. I didn't receive a dispatch e-mail either and when I called there were a high volume of calls. So don't worry you will probably get your orders if you haven't rung already.

Thanks, just checked my order history and my order is also missing. Ordered on Friday so guessing it should be on its way to me as BS are usually quick to despatch. If i don't received anything by tomorrow i will give them a call. But thanks for letting us know! :)

Just received my BS order! Thanks OP! I didn't get a despatch email and my order also wasn't showing in my BS order history but it has arrived like PP mentioned! :j

I'm glad you got your order! The girl on the phone said a lot of customers were affected with the order history showing up blank. I ordered Saturday so hopefully should get it within the next couple of days as it's coming with Royal Mail. (Groan.)

All eye creams are tiny what ever brand i have bought have only been 15mls i bought some body shop eye creams a few weeks back and they are standard size. you only use a tiny bit of cream each time so they do last a long time. hth :)

So, that's 2 shower gels and some coconut hair wax, DH still doesn't understand why I buy from The Body Shop when Tesco shower gel is 99p........
