Is this supposed to be nationwide? Nearest Asda to me is at Boston Lincs and is a 50 mile round trip from here. My daughter went to the store yesterday as she needed to go to Boston on other business and there was no sign of this deal instore :mad:0

Sometimes they get 'specials' which are about £1-£1.50 and every one of those I have every tried is more sauce than meat. The normal ones are great.sarahg1969 wrote: »They are OK. This offer is on at Stafford Asda too - there was an A4-ish sized red free-standing sign on top of the counter saying Indian Meal Deal for 2, £4 (or something like that !)
P.S. They have several new curries amd side dishes - have just tried the new Sweet Potato, lentil and red pepper dhansak and it was lovely, :-)Google is my friend ..... :j0 -
just been to my asda long queue for these. girls working hard to keep up. not really a starter with it but a small samosa or onion bhaji etc still well worth the money0

For store currys, the best imho is Sainsburys - Hot tikka massalla is excellent, but they are more expensive.
Asda currys tend to be sweat(sugar) and full of artificial colours, the Tandoori's are weird bright red, not the resteraunt red either.
Luckily for me, my son will eat anything if its its got some chillies in it - off to Asda then :cool:0 -
