Apricot Crumble

Options
Does anyone have a recipe for simple apricot crumble, using fresh apricots, if so can you please help me.

Also do I need to take the skins of before cooking or can I keep them on. I'm ok with the crumble topping but don't know how much sugar / water to add and whether I should remove the skins.

Any advice would be really great.

Thanks

L x
