Kenwood mixer not turning on

hi all

I've looked and searched for a thread about this but can't find one. Maybe if the mods know of one they can move this.

My Kenwood A701A is not turning on anymore. I have had this twice before and stretching out it's super long cable has worked but not today. What other reasons are there that it isn't turning on and does anyone know of a Kenwood engineer in London?
