50 clubcard points for used inkjet cartridges

Does anyone know where you can get paid for recycling Epson cartridges as most places don't take them.

Tesco: You can collect Postage Paid mailing envelopes from your Tesco store or from tescobags@inkagain.co.uk. Each bag will hold two cartridges in comfort, possibly three. No limit on the number you can send. My Tesco branch gave me 6 when I asked for a couple!

The deal is:

For each cartridge EITHER Tesco will give £1 to Barnardo's OR they will give 50p to Barnardo's and credit you with 50 Clubcard points.

If you use your clubcard points for Deals these become worth £2 which can't be a bad deal.

They accept HP, Lexmark, specified Canon and "branded equivalent cartridges" but NOT Epson.

I was planning on going to Tesco tomorrow, until I read the last bit "NOT Epson"! I wonder why they exclude Epson only?

They and most others, if not all others, exclude Epson because they aren't recyclable (can't be refilled) or easily recyclable - I think.
