My girl friend is looking for fair trade jobs, but looks like there are not many jobs advertised and not many dedicated job sites.
Do any of you have any good suggestions or websites that you use?
Any help / advice / suggestions welcome.

This site is for ethical jobs. Though a lot (most) jobs in this sector are not advertised.
I think the best way in is through volunteering or internships if she can get in I believe it can be very difficult."It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice." :T0 -

What do you mean by a fairtrade job though? If we can have some more info we might be able to help.0 -
You mean she wants to move abroad and get paid a fair wage for a hard day's work in a coffee or banana plantation?0
