            I agree with GerogeUK, their wording is not strong enough for this letter to be used in defence if another companies tries to recover the remainder.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

 I sent off a redrafted letter however I haventheard anything back now. Should I contact them, again? would it be ok to do it by phone?
 Also some ofthe companies I have written to havent even acknowledged receipt of my letter - they just keep sending me more threatening ones. What should I do?

            I would contact the company on the phone to enquire as to why they have not responded to your request for a clearer letter. Don't forget though - don't agree to anything on the phone. They need to send it in writing.
 To the others, i would wait until this one was settled, then write another letter informing them that the offer will not be able to stand much longer as other companies are accepting your offers and the money will not be available for much longer.After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
