    I think that it all gets a little complicated when there are so many things all in one group. I am not saying your group is a bad idea, as it's great to check out for things people have missed.
    However, it seems to be much easier to go to each individual group that is set up for one purpose alone. Saves a lot of confusion.
    I don't see a problem with having both groups, people can join whatever group they want and use which ever is best for them xx

    Aren't there like 3 MSE groups? One more formal, one quick and informal and then one for voting comps? SIMPLES :)

    ...and then there's one for fb winners incase they miss their name.
