    As RAS says Its likely 1 of Cap ones toilet paper agreements aswell from 2003. The SAR will show what they have .
    Try not to worry, if they dont have a legal agreement they wont be able to do much.

    Yep, Crapquest threaten these like confetti and they probably know that the paperwork they have won't hold water so they are upping the ante to get money from someone they feel they can break. Don't let it happen.

    I know it's easy to say, but please don't worry. You've got more important things to worry about right now.

    i have posted the sar, I have just spoke to capquest and there was no intention of a ststutory demand they just wanted to make a payment arrangement.

    They are always making threats like this. it is completely contrary to OFT Guidelines to make threats of legal action if there is not interntion to take that action.
