            As RAS says Its likely 1 of Cap ones toilet paper agreements aswell from 2003. The SAR will show what they have .

            Yep, Crapquest threaten these like confetti and they probably know that the paperwork they have won't hold water so they are upping the ante to get money from someone they feel they can break. Don't let it happen.

 They are always making threats like this. it is completely contrary to OFT Guidelines to make threats of legal action if there is not interntion to take that action.
