Should Tesco honour this online order?

Hi, I'd appreciate some advice here... I ordered a Pure One DAB radio from Tesco Extra on 3rd August, when the website said they were in stock with a 3 - 7 day delivery time. I got an email confirmation in the morning of the 4th which simply said that the order has been delayed. At this time, the website still had some showing as available. I phoned to ask what "delayed" would be likely to mean, and the tesco person said it would be in stock on 31st August. So I sat back to wait, with a bit of a moan.
However, I got a letter today saying that they were unable to get any more stock of the Pure One so would have to cancel my order. i happened to see the Pure One in Tesco Peterborough yesterday, (£20 more though) so I am narked off to say the least.
Is it worth me moaning, and if so, who to? No point in moaning to the telephone answerers, they only know what their computer tells them.....!
Thanks for your help.

Tesco are currently migrating their internet electrical operation from its current Freemans Peterborough base to their own purpose warehouse. To facilitate this move they are selling stocks at reduced prices to clear. Looks like they had a stock balance issue and you were unlucky. Dont think they'll match the offer as theres no stock. Stock in the store is a different issue as the Tesco.com electrical operation is a joint venture between Freemans/Tesco which is now being closed. Tesco are going to run their own new operation starting in September. It pays to challenge0

I've had a similar problem when I ordered a 4gb Samsung Mp3 from them. They denied the offer existing until I sent them a link proving they did. Then they just said they don't have any. Tough.0
