Open a new basic bank account. Send the whole lot a written letter (registered post so you know they have it), insisting on contact in writing only and include a £1 token payment.

Previous experiences on here have shown most companies work well in lowering interest when you go on a DMP with a known charity, so i would probably setup a DMP with CCCS to clear off these loans. - http://www.cccs.co.uk/
