Foreign Currency Loans - Where? How?

Hi All,

The Title probably says it all.

I have a foreign European (German) Mortgage for a property here in the UK currently valued at approx 750-850k. But I'm trying to get the mortgage interest rate down.

I know that there are Japanese currency loans at between 0.75-2.5%, and My friend has a 2.5% euro mortgage for his properties in spain.

I'm looking for a foreign currency loan in excess of 500k (preferably 1m sterling) that is interest only at these preferred interest rates. I have 75% equity in my current home. I'm not really interested in British Mortgages, nor a managed portfolio.

I am sure there must be other people who are wanting to know this information beside myself.

Kind Regards

Mike
