Surrendering my endowment

Hi
I have been offered 13k to surrender my endowment 54k.
I currently pay £79 a month to aviva for the endowment, if I move my mortage to full repayment it will only cost me £100 extra a month.
The way I see is I get 13k to clear a couple of credit cards for £21 extra month. If I take the cost of the credit card payments I am saving into the equation it seems a no brainer.
Does anyone have advice about surrendering endowments and whether this is the no brainer it looks like?
