Won £5 capital bonds??? internet survey?

My question is :

1) Cannot remember the OP is.
2) Does anybody know where I can use this bond? Has anyone win this type of bond before?

    Hi, This is probably a survey reward from Givaudan, see Freebies thread. You can spend it in most high street shops as far as I know. HTH.

    You can not use them at Tesco's, know this from previous experience as tried to use one and it was flatly refused.
