Advice needed, freezing beef and bread

Hi all,
I'm a single girl trying to improve my OS skills! One of the things I'm doing is bringing in a packed lunch.
My favourite lunch is a granary roll with roast beef (and lots of hot mustard and salad of course).
From looking in the shop the whole beef joints work out so much cheaper per KG than the pre-cooked sandwich meat even allowin for shrinkage etc. And a nice bit of beef cooked at home tastes so goooooooood
.
The bigh question is if I bought a joint cooked and sliced it would it freeze well, and would I just have to let it defrost or would it need to be cooked some more?
Also does anyone have experience of making granary rolls? Whilst my white bread comes out well my granary was very heavy and a little bit much on the tummy. Any tips and advice would be gratefully appreciated :T
Thank you,
TBD

Hi, you can slice the beef and then freeze it individually, you would have to defrost it but should be okay to eat without warming again.
Not able to help with the bread though i'm sure someone will be along who can help you.0
