Okay fine - but what are you now doing about your debt problem?
Getting rid of the phonecalls is a good move as they can be stressful, but in the meantime you also have to look at how you're going to sort out the mess.
What steps have you taken so far?"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0

The phone calls will drive you nuts, it forces them to write letters so expect alot of them in your mailbox.
Have you contacted the charities to discuss getting help? - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2077631Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0

I have requested CCA for Egg and RBS credit cards0

CCA applies to pre-april 2007 agreements, and CCA-ing is not really dealing with debts, working out monthly budgets and doing an SOA is more along those lines. Then you should look at CCAing if it is suitable, it is not right for everyone.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Requesting CCAs isn't a full answer. They will still default you on your credit record. That will sit there for years to come. And if they do supply them, what will you do then? You're going to be racking up charges and interest like there's no tomorrow.
It doesn't tackle how you've got into a mess in the first place or what you need to change to avoid making it worse in the future."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
