Toshiba England Expects Deal Question

Hi,
Wondering if anyone has thought of doing this?
Buy a Toshiba TV to watch the world cup on from a store with a 30 day return policy on the 4th day of the World Cup (33 days long)
If England win the world cup then you get your money back so you get the TV for free, if England get knocked out then you take the television back within the 28 days and you have had a new television to watch the world cup on for free!
Can anyone see any catches in doing this? Other than the obvious; ie the TV getting broken and England getting knocked out!
Cheers

The last date for purchasing a TV is the 10th June, the day before the world cup starts.
You then must register within 7 days, day 1 being the date of purchase. With the last date for registrations being the midnight on the 16th June.
So it will be more than 28 days by the time the final comes round.
If (or should that be when) England win you have until the 2nd August to submit your claim. Cheques will then be sent within 14 days of that date.
You must supply original receipts not copies, which you may not have if you have returned the item.
You also have to register the serial number of your TV so it will show up.
Nice thought, but if you want a new TV then I'd buy one, if you buy a Toshiba and are eligible to register and England win then great a free TV and the end of 44 years of hurt, if not you have a new TV.0
