£130 a week to live on, is it do-able!?

Just wanting bit of help, have given up work to look after kids, well, I was only part-time, but the only way we can manage to pay off debts and pay bills will leave us with £130 a week for food and other bits (not including petrol, thank goodness!)
I just think this seems like a tiny amount when you consider birthdays, school dinners etc.
What advice do you all have? are there ways I can cut back?:)

A lot more than I have
I don't have children but it sounds doable to me Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

My food always seems to be about £110 at least a week, don't know how to get it down, will have a look at grocery challenge forum. Just read some posts about pocket money each week, so will try and work on that plusd £100 for food.Sept. grocery challenge = £500 (221.60 so far!;))0
