I started reading but drifted a bit.
From the bits I did read - you had a period of time between leaving uni and setting up your own business? So just put:
date x to date y - setting up business.
date y to date z - in business.0 -

Lol - thanks for trying
In a nutshell, I've said date x to y was 6 months, now I've gone over dates and it was actually 18 months (though it's a bit grey).0 -
Ok - but why is it relevant now? If it is for old jobs, then just explain it if asked. If it is for new applications, then change it.0

The forms ask if I've applied before. I'm assuming that means that they may keep old application forms. Or do they only keep that kind of stuff if you actually get the job rather than just getting an interview?0

If they do keep them, it's probably in huge archive boxes or sacks in a warehouse (think of how many application forms they would recieve in a year!). Chances of them digging up a past form and comparing it to this one? Pretty slim, I'd say.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Thanks, you're right. Now, fingers crossed that I didn't mess up the application for the job I'm in now.0

For 12 months of the gap, I was still paying fees to be registered with the uni (I don’t recall what the official name for this was), just not as a full time student.
Were you taking an 'interruption'.Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.
Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.0
