Cahoot - ppi
I have had a flexible loan since 2005 from Cahoot for around £5k it has been a great help in terms of a "buffer"
Anyway Cahoot have been taking over by Santander, I do not like the way this has been handled as it feels very cold and callous, all the web based stuff has been removed.
Anyway I got my first paper statement and see that I have been paying PPI un beknown to me for 5 years.
I have checked the agreement and can't see any mention of PPI.
I have written to Santander, I have emailed Cahoot and I have also sent a copy of the email by post to Cahoot. I have used a template from a conusmer website.
Anybody got any experience of this ? What are the chances of getting some money back.
Also is the Inerest rate all good or has this too been tampered with, is there any legal recourse on this too ?
Cheers
