Can I be issued with a CCJ when I'm offering a debt collector £20 a month for a £100 debt?

Yes, a CCJ has no minimum.
Thing is it does cost £75 and if they win it will be added to the debt making it £175.
I doubt they would go for it, but it is not unheard of. However at that rate a court my refuse a CCJ since it would be paid off so quickly anyway, 30 days to get to court, 30 days to pay a CCJ. So only 3 months really left.
Martins topic today shows court judgement can be under 20p in the legal tender argument.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
