Help please, At christmas i purchased a Graco Cleo 2-in-1 Pram - Air for my daughter, it arrived with no problems. My daughter had a lovely baby boy feb 20th, my daughter often complained to me that it was extremely hard to fold the pram then in april she once again tried to fold the pram and the lever snapped. I contacted preciouslittleones by e-mail on 15th april, they responded telling me to give them a call, which i did. I was told they would collect the pram and have it inspected, when i asked what my daughter was suppose to do while they checked the pram out i was told i could pay £15 for a stand in pram. I explained that it needed to be one that could be used for a young baby and was promiced that it would meet our requirements. At the time i did feel it was a bit steep to have to pay for a stand in pram but my daughter needed something so payed the £15. The stand in pram arrived which was filthy dirty! and was not a pram but more a pushchair, when i complained i was told that was all they had so it was that or nothing!! My daughters pram was collected two days later on april 21st, on april 27th i received an e-mail saying they had received my daughters pram. Then that was it, no further comunication from them untill i emailed them may 8th, I received another e-mail saying sorry and that they were trying to chase it up with the manufacters. I tried calling them may 11th and was told the same thing again that they would contact me when they knew anything. It is now may 12th my daughter has now been without her pram for 3 weeks, babys growing fast and if they dont hurry up will soon have out grown the pram part of the system. Can someone please help, how long is a resonable time for them to repair a pram, 3 weeks to me seems far to long but i may be wrong.
