Loads of Spuds

I have just been given a huge sack of spuds, with instructions to use them up quick because they'll go off soon.
I plan to make up items and freeze top make the most of them. So far on my list i have:
Roast Potatoes -
Mashed Potatoes
Onion, Cheese and potatoe pie
Bombay Potatoes
Croquets (sp?)
Will potatoe bake freeze ok? Any other suggestions on how I can not waste these will be gratefull recieved. I'd really like side dished to save me making them up to go with the stews and casseroles I leave in the slow cooker while im at work my 2 days.

If you don't mind buying a cabbage, bubble and squeak freezes well in small cakes or patties which can be fried. Freeze in a box with a piece of greaseproof paper between each layer0

All these freeze well0
